USCIS has announced on its Visa Bulletin webpage that it will accept adjustment of status applications in February based on the State Department\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s Final Action Dates chart. To qualify for filing an employment-based adjustment of the status application next month, foreign nationals must have a priority date earlier than the Final Action Date for their specific preference category and country.
